We design in-house through our staff of highly qualified and competent Mechanical Engineers.  All have vast levels of expertise in their fields, ably assisted by our drawing office with its skilled team of engineers and artisans using CAD to bring designs to life.

We use analytical tools such as FEM and engineering modelling software to simulate our designs.  This aids performance validation and structural integrity assessment.
 

We then have sufficient confidence in the appropriateness of our designs to begin production without prototyping.

Mechanical simulation and analysis, which includes techniques such as FEA, predicts the stresses, strains and deformations of components and environmental interaction of a design prior to manufacturing an item. This reduces development cost, development cycles, enhances product quality and can be used to achieve specific product properties such as optimal structural and mass properties.
